A Pre-Holiday Vacation

To those of you who have been faithfully checking this site, waiting for an update since the last post (thanks Heid!), I have let you down. Things have been so crazy lately - a Thanksgiving visit from Deb, Dado & Steffano Bruno; one broken computer that lead to several computer-free days in a row, followed by having to shell out $$ for a new laptop (I can't tell you how happy I was to do THAT right at Christmas time); keeping in touch with friends & family; getting caught up with work after said computer death and in general, just trying to catch my breath - I haven't had the time I'd like to devote to my blog. I've still got lots to say, just not enough chances to actually sit down & say it!

And so, I have decided to take a short vacation from blog posts for the next few weeks. This will save you from having to do daily check-ups on my lack of progress. And this will save me from feeling guilty for not getting to cross off something on my "Things I'd Like to Get Done" list.

I'm not going away forever. Just taking a break until Christmas, at which point, I'll have a few days off to rest, relax & recharge. I hope you'll be able to do the same thing.
